I have fonts, clip art, music and kids educational software I created and have been selling for the past few years. I want to sell the rights to these products.

One Response to “How Do I Sell The Rights To Computer Graphics Software I Developed?”

By law, you hold copyright to materials such as you note. You can transfer the copyright to persons via a standard contract.
Title 17 of the United States Code dictates how you transfer copyright to another person:http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap2…
Basically, you’d enter into a standard sales contract.
I think it makes more sense for you to license your works than to sell them outright:http://www.utsystem.edu/ogc/intellectual…
