What I normally do:
-Age appropriate
-Content (is it educational or just something they watch and do very little!)
-Interest: is it about something they will enjoy
-Cost: is it a decent price and will be well used or stuffed in cupboard?
-Little things like: Is the cursor big enough for them to see or will they have difficulty? Is the game to simple or give them change to think and make (learn from) mistakes?
-Does it encourage sharing so computer isnt a solo activity.
-Is it able to be timed so they arent on it too long?
-Is it inclusive? Eg: show images that reflect society and are not offence or stereotyping.
